Recognition of certificates of completed education acquired abroad (academic degree/professional qualification certificate)
Foreigners planning to study in the Slovak Republic or interested in meeting certain special criteria for employment (a regulated profession, e.g. medical doctor) or running a business (a regulated or licenced trade) in particular, need their academic degree recognised by the Slovak authorities.
