The Slovak Parliament has adopted a law related to public finances enhancement, changing and amending certain laws on December 19, 2023.
It is the so-called consolidation package increasing, inter alia, the fees paid to courts and other state administration authorities. Increased court and administrative fees will affect many areas and shall be effective from April 1, 2024.
Below please find an overview of the existing and new amount of certain selected common fees.
